Forgan’s ale is made with lager malt, cara malt, play rye malt, wheat along with summer and cascade. It’s a light pale ale which is easy drinking with fruity citrus notes with a light melon taste.

We work with the best local artisans who believe in sustainable agriculture. We are members of the SRA – sustainable restaurant association who help us to source food more sustainably, manage resources more efficiently and work more closely with our local community. They also help diners identify those restaurants doing the right thing. So, whether a diner’s sustainability concerns are about sourcing, the environment or society, the SRA and Forgan’s are committed to a change for the better.
